The Under2 Coalition brings together signatories of the Under2 Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), a climate agreement for subnational governments.

How to join

The Coalition is primarily driven by state and regional governments. However, jurisdictions at all levels of government may sign the Under2 MOU, for more information please refer to the Signatory criteria and process document. Signatories to the Under2MOU need to provide an appendix to support their commitment.
